Day 2 ¡V HONG KONG
An invigoration start - TAI CHI Exercise.
This is a graceful exercise combining thought and action with the ancient martial art philosophy.
After exercising the mind and body, replenish your forces with a typical Chinese "dim sum" breakfast while sipping Chinese tea side by side with the local populace.
Then visit a typical wet market and be amazed by the variety of fresh produce on display and watch housewives haggling good-naturedly with the stallholders. Finish the morning with a visit to the Temple of the Goddess of Mercy at Lin Fa Kung to seek her blessings.
Enjoy a tonic lunch at Treasure Restaurant to restore your energy.
Markets of Hong Kong Tour
A visit to Hong Kong is not complete without a visit to all the colourful and vibrant market places. The tour will start off at the jade market where hawkers sell various shades and qualities of the precious stone. For the Chinese, jade has great spiritual value for warding off evil. In its different carved shapes and forms, it can represent wealth, good fortune and power.
From the Jade market, we will visit the city's most fragrant avenue, which is Flower Market Road. At the Flower Market, blooms from around the world line the stalls and are priced at almost one third of city flower shops. After marvelling at flowers, we continue on to the Yuen Po Street Bird Garden. Within the Garden, more than 70 bird stalls showcase a variety of melodious songbirds. This garden consists of courtyards and moon gates and is a pleasure to visit as besides birds there all kinds of fancy items like teak cages, tiny porcelain water bowls and culinary delicacies - for birds that is.
Dai Pai Dong Dinner at Hotel
Dai Pai Dong is the traditional Chinese stall, which offer exotic food and trinkets in the back streets of Hong Kong. They are a picturesque part of local life, which has been brought right into the ballroom or function room. All guests will enjoy a fresh dim sum, savoir Peking Duck and noodle dishes. They will also have a chance to witness the art of Chinese calligraphy, have their palm read, and their fortune told by a bird. A very tasty slice of Chinese life, served up in an unforgettable evening of exotic delights.

Day 3 ¡V HONG KONG
View the stunning & biggest outdoor Buddha in the World.
A delightful experience to explore Lantau by driving along the scenic expressway and across the Tsing Ma Bridge to Lantau island. A picture stop will be made at the viewing platform of the world's longest road/rail suspension bridge before going onto the unspoiled island of Lantau visiting the beautiful while sand beach of Cheung Sha, the interesting and historic Tai O village where traditional Chinese houses are built on stilts. Then onto the mountain peal where the world's largest seated outdoor bronze Buddha is situated. A vegetarian lunch is served at the monastery. Enjoy a scenic cable car ride to Tung Chung town then inter-change coach for a drive back to Hotel.
Great food and a leisurely afternoon
In the evening, you can enjoy a short ferry ride to the Lamma Island where great seafood are served at the open air terrace restaurant with the lovely sea breeze - a typical Hong Kong Experience!

Chinese medicine specialises in remedies that can contain more than 400 ingredients. Hong Kong is the world centre for Chinese medicine. Pick up from Hotel and transfer to the Sheung Wan district where shops and herbalists recommend a cure for all types of illnesses from the mounds of dried seafood, fungi and roots on display. Then we will visit the clinic of Dr Mark Houston, a practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Dr Houston has been learning and practising in Hong Kong for the last 35 years and is an authority in the field of Chinese healing and prevention of illnesses through acupuncture and Chinese herbs. The clinic of Dr Houston bears his love of the Chinese culture and way of life, as it is almost an antique museum. A visit to his clinic is an eye-opener and a must for those who are interested in the above topics.

There is an ancient Chinese saying that - Life is like tea. The longer it is immersed, the richer it becomes.

The famous Peking Duck dinner is a must in Hong Kong. Transfer from the Hotel to the famous Peking Garden restaurant. Dinner will be in a private area with a stunning view of the harbor. Guests will also enjoy a magical demonstration of the traditional way of making noodles - with bare hands during dinner.

Dinner at the Murray House in Stanley Plaza
The European Style Murray House in Central has been classified as Grade I historical building. It was built in 1844 and demolished in 1982. All the architectural features in their original style are re-constructed in Stanley. The building provides a total internal floor area of about 2,000 sq.m. in three levels for tourist-oriented trade and fine dining restaurants.
After dinner you will be driven along a section of Nathan Road known as "The Golden Mile" which got its name because at night it is brightly lit up by neon signs along both sides of the road. The coach will drive down this stretch of road so that guests can soak in the real spirit of the City of Life and then will stop at the famous Temple Street Night Market. This stop allows for mixing with the locals in an open air shopping market where it is an inexpensive goods and souvenir shopping paradise. One will be able also to get their fortunes told by a roadside fortune-teller or enjoy a short but classic Chinese street Opera.

Day 5 ¡V HONG KONG
Get in to the shopping mood ¡K¡K
The Shopping tour offers visitors great bargains - starting at the world famous Shanghai Tang Store - the first shop of its kind to interweave traditional Chinese culture with modern designs resulting in a vibrant fusion of East Meets West. Its 2 full floors exude vibrant charm as traditional decor is juxtaposed against modern Chinese motifs and contemporary Chinese art. From Shanghai Tang, the tour continues on to Hollywood Road where shops offer beautiful Chinese paintings and rosewood furniture to Tibetan art and Persian carpets. Many stores are also galleries showcasing contemporary Asia art. Further west along Hollywood Road, there are more shops filled with affordable bric-a-brac and Chinese objet-d'arts for souvenirs hunters. From Hollywood Road, we will proceed to Joyce Warehouse. Joyce is a favorite fashion store in Hong Kong, which sells names from Burberry and Gucci to Issey Miyaki and Voyage. Here clothes are as new as last season at fabulous discounts. A visit to one of Hong Kong's largest jewelry store is a must to see craftsmen at work as well as to pick up the latest design before heading off for a relaxing and well-earned cup of tea at High Tea at The Verandah on Repulse bay overlooking the beach. Return to hotel at the end of the day.

Night at China Club
A private member's club located on the top three floors of the old Bank of China Building in Central, Hong Kong.
The China Club was designed with a strong feeling of tradition and history, relying on motifs used in Shanghai and Hong Kong in the 1930's and the 1940's. All the works of arts in the club are paintings and sculptures that are well established. A unique Bosendorfer grand piano is part of the decor and adds to the ambience of the Club. The main dining room on the 13th floor is a large room with a high ceiling, art deco chandeliers and old Shanghai electric fans. The walls are half paneled in oak and mahogany above, which original works of art are being. All furniture used is old and emphasize the concept of the tradition of the traditional Chinese teahouse. There is a library, which has one of the best collections of books on China and the Chinese. The historical balcony on the outside of the library affords one of the most splendid views of Hong Kong. The 14th floor can hold 140 people maximum for function.
